Sending Joy

“I will be a channel for joy in the world today.”

When anything comes into our mind that wants to push our joy away, let’s smile brightly at the distraction and return to joy.  Let’s recognize that joy is natural, fear is not.  We have a choice.  And today we choose our own delightful, precious, wondrous JOY!  Bolded, colored, capitalized, underlined and with an exclamation point.  We can hear nothing, we can see nothing, we can feel nothing but pure joy.

Joy is contagious.  We need do nothing, but experience it and as it flows from us, it spreads to others.  Soon we are sending joy to everyone and the world comes to life as joyous. Beautiful, contagious joy flows unhampered through the streets, along the highways, across the oceans, up the mountains into the villages and towns and cities everywhere.

It is our Joy that contributes to the healing of all the insanity of this world. Joy is innate in us. It lovingly works through us for our healing and the world’s. Our gift from God. In order to be helpful, we must allow ourselves to be a channel for Joy. That is God’s way of correcting all the errors of the world. Not through fear and punishment. Not through defense, attack and war. But through forgiveness and through JOY.

LOVE AND JOY!

So simple and yet so true. Just like God.

Joy is no longer just a word.  Joy is our experience, our world, our life.  Smile with it. Laugh about it. Delight in it. Be it.  JOY!

Let our prayer be for healing and health for all the world. Let us ask for help with kindness and love and trust to generate the health and wellness and safety we want for everyone on earth. And then let us be grateful and say Thank You, God!
