GET OFF THE CROSS; WE NEED THE WOOD

“I see myself as holy, whole and healed today.”

Crucifixion today is not of the body, but of the spirit. We crucify ourselves or someone else every day.

Every time we demean or judge someone or ourselves, we place ourselves upon the cross.

Every unhappy moment, guilty feeling or negative thought is an unholy instant on the cross.

To give and to receive are the same. There is a clear and definite connection between our thoughts, our actions, our words, our intentions, our expectations and our own experience. We draw to ourselves what we give out. Some call it karma; some call it cause and effect. It can’t be avoided. To hurt another is to hurt ourselves. To bless, celebrate and join lovingly with another is to do the same for us.

Isn’t it time we climb off the cross and release our brothers and sisters as well?  Why suffer when God’s will for us is happiness, pure and simple. Let’s focus today on the resurrection as we choose to be lifted into the place in our mind where only peace and joy abide. As we allow healing Love to flow through us and fill us, nothing will remain in our sight or in our experience, but God’s holy light. It is in His Light that we can truly serve our purpose here as an instrument of peace for ourselves and the world. As we allow God’s Light to shine away our dark and fearful thoughts, we are then allowing ourselves to become who we are meant to be.

Together we can now walk in the light of our own being.
Resurrected, Holy, Whole and Healed.
