BREATHE IN LOVE, BREATHE OUT FEAR

“God is but Love and therefore so am I”  ACIM

The light of the truth of you shines upon you and through you. It never changes and never leaves you.  There are exercises to help you see this. Smile a gentle smile for no reason at all.  Soften your vision and relax any tension in your head, face, neck, between your shoulders and throughout your body. Breathe in and out slowly and calmly and stay in a state of quiet mindfulness.  Pay attention to this moment.  Listen to everyone, not just what they’re saying, but what their hearts are saying. And no matter what they’re saying or what they’re doing quietly bless them for they are your brother and your sister in need of healing.  When you find it in your heart to bless others, you will find you no longer need their drama in your life. They may still be there, but their drama will no longer affect you.

Now do this also for yourself. When you feel anxious, tense or afraid, smile gently for no reason.  Soften your vision and understand that what you are feeling is not you, but simply your ego trying to prevent you from shining in God’s Loving Light.  As serious and strong as fear can feel at times, Love is always stronger.  

Breathe in Love.  Breathe out fear.  Now you are reflecting the Love and the Light of God within you.   

May you walk in peace today knowing you are blessed and a blessing in the world.
