You can best serve by remembering your own Holy truth and sharing of yourself with kindness, empathy and lots of laughter. Enjoy your life.  Enjoy this day. Whenever you feel beset by stress, look gently upon the feeling, smile at any silly thoughts and then let them flow through you and disappear into the nothingness from which they came. As you clear your mind of all that disturbs you, breathe in and out slowly and deeply. Ride the waves of your in breath and your out breath.  If you can close your eyes do so, but this exercise can be done with the eyes wide open and activity all around you.  It’s where you choose to place your focus.   You can do this for a single moment or for extended periods of time.  Whenever you can and wherever you are.  Two of the best times are just before you fall asleep at night and just before you get up in the morning.  In this way you can begin and end your day choosing peace. 

May you walk in peace today knowing you are blessed and a blessing in the world.
